  1. Q: Can I become a DocHome member if I am not a medical doctor?
    A: No, you can not. This service is meant for medical doctors only with no exceptions.
  2. Q: I could not register. Confirmation email did not arrive.
    A: The whole registration process is managed by the system, and because of that the emails from DocHome website might sometimes end up in your SPAM inbox. Please double check that, and in the confirmation email click on the link in order to confirm you email address and activate your DocHome account. Otherwise contact our support by using the contact form.
  3. Q: How do I log in?
    A: There is a log in button in the upper right corner of this website. Your login details are included in the email you have received during registration and e-mail confirmation process. Basically, your email address is your user name. If you ever forget your password, you can always get a new one automatically. Just click on "Forgot password" link.
